荷兰香杏称其为新的摇钱树一点不夸张，2015年产地批发价8元/斤,最顶峰时13元/斤。是继苹果、大樱桃之后又能给千千万万果农带来真金白银的首选品种。香蜜杏俗称香杏，又名荷兰香。来源地不详，有说荷兰有说日本，无从考究。但其优异的品质赢得了广大消费者和水果商的青睐。口感超爽、好吃，有一股浓浓的菠萝香味。采用3X4或1.5X4，亩栽55一110棵，亩产5000一6000斤，实现亩效益2一3万不是梦。6月底7月初成熟，属于晚熟品种，正好是市场杏的空白期，市场售价高。口感好，在6成熟的时候就很甜了，8成熟的时候没有一点酸味，杏核也可食用。果个30克左右，皮厚耐储存，冷藏40天以上。自花授粉。坐果率高，丰产性好。
