苹果成熟以后挑出来的次果洗净,沥干水分,再切小,一层苹果一层冰糖的叠放,直到满再密封起来,常温放置就可以了,差不多半年左右再过滤就好了,可以根据自己的口感喜好放冰糖,口感还不错,差不多有二十度左右吧 谢谢分享,今年也学者做些,到时再请教。 自己做的怎么判断做好了,上次再电视上看到有人喝了自己做的葡萄酒中毒。 韩小龙 发表于 2019-06-16 07:19

我已经做了好几年了没问题的,发酵后果汁自己会出来,苹果渣成糊的状态过滤就好了,用塑料桶装的没有用土瓦罐的好 需要密封吗 要的 果酒飘香,
